Respect for the past, living for the day, looking into the future. Add to this list the skill to craft things by hand and a Finnishness, and you know the things I value.

One of these things is, of course, headstones hand-made in Finland. Finnish headstones are of highest quality and lasts from generation to generation in our weather When we visit a cemetery it is a chance for us to admire the handiwork of master stonemasons from times past in old headstones and monuments. They warmly remind us of different, past eras. Of course, you can also admire the modern, unique headstones made by the stonemasons of today, where you more and more commonly can find references to stories about the deceased and their family.

A headstone is a personal memorial of the unique life its owner lived. For me it is an honor to be able to continue this story, steeped in tradition, and to help create memories of the deceased’s life for the current and for future generations.
